About the Role We are looking for motivated Sales Representatives / Distributors to join our team and grow our enterprise client base all over Lebanon (Beirut / North / South / Bekaa / Mount Leb) Each Representative will be responsible for developing and managing accounts within the area where they live or a nearby assigned territory. You will not be expected to cover all of Lebanon. Your focus will be on building strong relationships with businesses in your local area and expanding our presence within that territory. The ideal candidate already has experience selling B2B and owns their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales: Identify, prospect, and close new business clients. Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers. Ensure client satisfaction and repeat orders. Market Development: Research new opportunities, visit potential clients, and expand our presence. Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs Reporting: Track visits, deals, and feedback in CRM/sales sheets. Provide market insights to management Requirements Must have: Valid driver’s license + own car. Experience: CONFIDENT, Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field. What We Offer *Comission- Based Compensation, with commission structure applicable before and after reaching the monthly target. *Quarterly Bonuses.
