Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Pierre Cardin products to assigned pharmacies and retail outlets. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, ensuring proper product visibility, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Pierre Cardin products to pharmacies and designated retail points
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular field visits according to the approved route plan
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and store managers
Present products, promotions, and new launches professionally
Ensure proper product availability, shelving, and merchandising
Collect market intelligence (competitors, pricing, promotions) and report to management
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections when required
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Business, or related field)
Previous experience as a sales representative (FMCG, cosmetics, or pharmacy channel is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the assigned area
Valid driving license and own car (mandatory)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
