Description
This is a field-based B2B sales role covering Beirut, Metn, and Keserwan. You will develop new business, grow existing accounts, and supervise local sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open new B2B accounts within the assigned territory
- Maintain and grow existing clients through regular field visits
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and execution in all key outlets
- Negotiate listings, commercial terms, and contracts with clients and distributors
- Supervise local sales activities and performance of the sales team
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of B2B field sales experience
- Experience with distributors, horeca, and/or FMCG / food channels
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-up skills
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Valid driving license
- Languages: Arabic and English required; French is a plus
- Education level: not a decisive factor

- Working hours: Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:30 / Saturday: 08:00–13:30
- Start date: immediately
- Compensation: basic salary + target-based commission
