Sales & Operations Coordinator
Matar Jewelry is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and motivated Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage basic accounting tasks, including sales records, supplier accounts, and revenue tracking.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain company systems and records.
• Assist with sales activities and provide excellent customer service.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients.
• Travel to local and international jewelry exhibitions when required (additional compensation provided for travel).
• Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly.
Requirements:
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Honest, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Professional appearance and presentation skills.
• Previous sales experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• FEMALE candidates are preferred for this position.
