Job Description: The Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new restaurant and marketplace (non-grocery) partners to join the platform. This role focuses on expanding the company’s network of vendors by identifying high-potential businesses, presenting the value proposition, and securing successful partnerships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and experienced in high-volume outreach and field-based sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and acquire new restaurants and non-grocery marketplace vendors to join the platform. Clearly communicate the platform’s offering, commission model, and partnership benefits. Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with prospective partners. Maintain a healthy and updated pipeline to achieve acquisition targets. Coordinate with the onboarding and content teams to ensure timely activation of new vendors. Conduct regular market visits to scout, pitch, and sign new partners. Track and record all sales activity using internal tools and CRM systems. Provide market feedback to the commercial and product teams to improve acquisition strategies. Ensure newly signed partners are set up for success by supporting their launch and early performance. Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the F&B, hospitality, or tech sectors. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. High level of self-motivation and goal orientation. Ability to handle fieldwork and conduct in-person meetings with business owners. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Optional/Preferred Skills: Existing network within the restaurant industry is a plus. Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms. Understanding of partner onboarding processes and commission structures.
