Our vision is simple: to be the world’s quickest and smoothest marketing experience. Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to support our sales team. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule qualified meetings for the Sales Director. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, cold calling, and building connections. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Outreach Make outbound calls to potential clients. Introduce Dear Diary Media’s services in a friendly and professional way. Qualify leads based on set criteria. Meeting Scheduling Book appointments between prospects and the Sales Director. Confirm meeting details and ensure prospects are prepared. Maintain an accurate record of scheduled meetings. Follow-ups & Pipeline Support Conduct follow-up calls/messages with leads when needed. Update CRM/records with lead status and outcomes. Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure smooth handover of leads. Who You Are Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting. Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
