Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer focused Counter Sales team members to join our branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a welcoming and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Recommend products and upsell when appropriate
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and display area
• Ensure proper product display and stock availability
• Answer customer inquiries about products and promotions
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service
• Support daily branch operations as needed
Requirements
• Previous experience in retail or F and B is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
