نبحث عن شخص قيادي لإدارة فريق العمل في مطعم فاست فود.
المهام:
الإشراف على الفريق وسير العمل
متابعة الطلبيات والـ SOP
مراقبة المخزون والبرادات
إعداد تقارير بسيطة
دعم الفريق عند الحاجة
المتطلبات:
شهادة فندقية (BT أو TS)
خبرة بالمطاعم
شخصية قوية ومنظمة
الأولوية لمن سكنه قريب من المطعم لسهولة المتابعة والتدخل السريع عند الحاجة (الصيانة والطلبيات)
