Seasonal Reservation Agent (Hybrid Position)
Laklouk Village Vacances is looking for a Seasonal Reservation Agent to join our team.
Location: Hybrid (partly from our office and partly from home)
Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
* Manage hotel and villa reservations.
* Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
* Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
* Coordinate with reception, housekeeping, and other departments.
* Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Fluency in English and french
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
* Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
* A car is required.
