Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our hotel team in Lakhlouk.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all reservation-related communication with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Manage and follow up on bookings accurately and professionally
Use Microsoft tools, especially Excel, for reservations and reporting
Actively assist in sales, including promoting and renting villas affiliated with the hotel
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic Office tools
Work Conditions & Benefits:
Hybrid working model: remote work with occasional on-site presence at the hotel during high-pressure periods
Location: Laklouk
Starting salary: $800
Additional commission on villa rentals
Social security coverage (Daman)
