Description
We are looking for a thoughtful, organized, and deeply curious Research Assistant to support ongoing projects focused on religion and spirituality.
While this role involves standard research tasks like organizing files and studying texts, the heart of this position is collaborative exploration. The most important aspect of your job will be engaging in deep, meaningful discussions about spiritual subjects and translating those conversations into clear, compelling written materials.

Key Responsibilities:
Discussion & Ideation (Primary): Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and deep-dive discussions on various religious and spiritual topics.
Content Creation: Draft, refine, and co-write materials based on our discussions and research findings.
Research & Study: Read, analyze, and synthesize texts, articles, and literature related to theology and spirituality.
Document Management: Build and maintain an organized digital library, actively managing, tagging, and categorizing a large volume of PDFs and research materials.
Who You Are:
You have a strong passion for learning about religion, spirituality, and philosophy.
You are a strong communicator who enjoys thought-provoking conversations and isn't afraid to share unique perspectives.
You possess excellent writing skills with the ability to articulate complex spiritual concepts clearly.
You are highly organized and comfortable building digital filing systems.
You are self-motivated, able to manage your own time mostly remotely, but available for occasional hybrid meetings
