Description

Required Information Technology Officers to A Reputed Company in Dubai. Several I. T. support technicians, level 2 and 3 are required to work remotely from Lebanon. The I. T. Support Technician must have experience in the following areas: 1- Experience in supporting Users in A Microsoft Environment ( ) 2- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. 3- Advanced Experience with Offce 365( Adminstration ). 4- Extensive Experience with Firewalls such as Forti Gate and Sonic Wall. 5- Windows Server Support. 6- Active Directory , G POS, various. 7- Experience with Virtualization ( VMWare and/ or Hyper- V). 8- Experience with Ticketing Software ( ). 9- Experience in supporting hardware and software issues. 10- Knowlrdge of WAN / LAN network hardware security. 11- Knowledge of back up software and technologies. 12- Printer Support. 13- Monitoring Solutions.
