Job Title Remote Growth & Marketing Coordinator Department D.O.P.E + Marketing Reports To Director of Technology & Growth Position Type Full-Time – Remote Job Summary Cedars Group is seeking a proactive, highly independent, and tech-savvy Growth & Marketing Coordinator to support customer acquisition, marketing operations, digital campaigns, community outreach coordination, and growth initiatives across multiple markets and store locations. This role combines digital marketing, business development support, social media management, outreach coordination, campaign analytics, customer engagement, AI utilization, and executive support. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and executes without waiting for constant direction. This person will work directly with the Director of Technology & Growth and will help scale customer acquisition systems, digital marketing operations, outreach initiatives, local marketing campaigns, and operational marketing execution remotely. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Campaign Management * Plan, create, schedule, and manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms. * Design graphics, promotional materials, advertisements, and digital assets using Canva and AI-powered creative tools. * Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Uberall campaigns, and promotional initiatives. * Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including traffic, engagement, ROI, conversions, and promotional effectiveness. * Support execution of national promotions, local campaigns, and limited-time offers. Customer Acquisition & Community Outreach * Support customer acquisition initiatives outside traditional store traffic channels. * Help coordinate outreach efforts targeting schools, businesses, churches, sports teams, community organizations, catering opportunities, and fundraising programs. * Assist in developing outreach systems, prospecting workflows, and CRM tracking processes. * Build and maintain lead lists, outreach pipelines, and follow-up systems. * Support customer retention, reactivation campaigns, and account growth initiatives. Marketing Operations & Store Support * Coordinate remotely with store leadership teams regarding marketing initiatives, promotions, campaigns, and execution requirements. * Help ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and promotional messaging are properly communicated and executed. * Assist with creative requests, campaign approvals, and marketing asset coordination. * Support management of marketing calendars, campaign tracking, reporting, and operational follow-up. Advertising & Promotion Tracking * Manage and monitor digital advertising campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other promotional channels. * Track performance of promo codes, campaigns, print ads, digital offers, and outreach initiatives. * Assist with reporting and KPI tracking related to customer acquisition and campaign performance. Customer Engagement & Brand Support * Monitor and respond to customer comments, online reviews, and digital engagement platforms when needed. * Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience and brand image. * Coordinate with franchise marketing contacts, vendors, and external partners as necessary. Technology & AI Utilization * Utilize AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve execution, reporting, content creation, and operational efficiency. * Use online collaboration platforms, automation systems, and digital marketing tools effectively. * Support innovation initiatives related to marketing operations, reporting, and customer engagement systems. Executive & Administrative Support * Provide direct support to the Director of Technology & Growth. * Assist with reporting, presentations, scheduling, follow-ups, operational coordination, and project management tasks. * Help organize SOPs, marketing documentation, campaign records, and internal workflows.
