Description
We’re looking for a Recruiting & Talent Manager to join a fast-growing TikTok agency. This is a remote, position.
What you’ll do:
· Start by bringing new creators into the agency (especially those skilled in live streaming).
· Generate income , then build and lead your own recruitment team from scratch as the role expands.
What we require:
· Proven experience specifically with TikTok and live streaming (not just general social media recruiting).
· Ability to deliver results independently in a performance-driven environment.
·
You’ll work from home, with the potential to scale your responsibilities and earnings as you grow the team.
Only candidates with direct TikTok live-streaming recruiting experience will be considered.
