About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team, specializing in Baabda area. If you have a passion for property, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively list and promote residential and commercial properties in Baabda.
- Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values in Baabda and surrounding areas.
- Negotiate contracts and handle related documentation with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required (training will be provided).
- Strong knowledge of Baabda area and its neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Car and valid driver’s license are preferred.
- Fluent in Arabic; English and/or French are a plus.
