Description
Role Purpose:
To perform accurate product picking and load checking to make them ready for delivery.
Accountabilities:
Product and picking checking.
- Identifies and picks any regular or promoted product as per system generated pick slips.
- Examine products for any signs of damage, expired dates, or quality concerns while performing the picking process.
- Picks products in line with First Expired, First Out (FEFO) as recommended by the supervisor.
- Review order sheets, invoices, or digital RF systems to identify the items to be selected for picking.
- Locate designated products within the warehouse shelves or storage areas.
- Pick the accurate quantity and variant of products as per the order specifications, while also considering the provided expiry dates and batch information indicated by the RF system.
- Ensure that only products adhering to quality standards are chosen for packaging.

Acts as a role model by living the Transmed Purpose on daily basis.
