Description
The Physiotherapist is responsible for assessing, treating, and supporting clients with musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, pain management, rehabilitation, posture correction, and movement optimization. The role works closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized treatment plans that enhance recovery, performance, and overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Treat musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative rehabilitation.
* Deliver physiotherapy treatments using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, dry needling (if licensed), electrotherapy, and other evidence-based techniques.
* Educate clients on posture, injury prevention, sports recovery, rehabilitation, and home exercise programs.
* Monitor client progress and maintain accurate treatment records.
* Collaborate with doctors and the wellness team to ensure comprehensive client care.
* Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and hygiene standards.
* Promote physiotherapy services and support client retention through follow-up care.
* Capture photos and short videos of treatments, exercises, and educational content for social media while respecting client consent and clinic policies.
* Stay up to date with current physiotherapy practices and professional development.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
* Valid license to practice.
* Experience in physiotherapy, sports injury rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal care is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
