Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Packages Travel Agent located in Beirut. The Packages Travel Agent will be responsible for managing travel arrangements which include booking air tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals. Day-to-day tasks involve handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and selling travel packages. The agent will also tailor travel arrangements to meet the unique needs of clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role is a MUST
-Experience in handling Reservations, Air Ticket Booking, and Travel Arrangements
-Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
-Knowledge of destinations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team
-Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
