The Role
We’re hiring 7 outbound sales agents to join our sales team starting January 5th.
You’ll be calling homeowners who have already shown interest in selling their home and clearly explaining Beycome’s flat-fee model. This role is heavily outbound, metrics-driven, and perfect for someone who loves being on the phone, closing, and earning commissions.
What You’ll Do
• Make outbound calls to homeowners interested in selling
• Explain Beycome’s flat-fee real estate model clearly and confidently
• Build strong first impressions and set high-quality appointments
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and notes inside our CRM
• Educate prospects using basic real estate knowledge
• Support customers after signup and help them upgrade to Title Services and Buyer Programs
• Cross-sell and upsell relevant services to maximize value
• Ensure smooth handoff between sales, service, and product teams
• Contribute ideas and feedback as part of a fast-moving team
What We’re Looking For
Required
• Proven cold calling or outbound sales experience
• Real estate sales experience is a must
• Comfortable working independently and being proactive
• Strong phone presence and clear communication skills
• Competitive, motivated, and numbers-driven mindset
• Organized and reliable with CRM usage
• Coachable and eager to grow
• Must have a stable internet connection and 2 monitors
Bonus if you have
• SDR or appointment-setting background
• Experience upselling or cross-selling services
• Prior experience working with US-based clients
Compensation & Schedule
• Base pay: $650 to $1,100 USD per month (based on experience)
• Commission: Monthly commissions on top of base
• Top agent earns $2,000 USD+ per month in commission
• Daily incentives and performance bonuses
• Paid 15th and 30th of every month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• Working every other Saturday
