Hiring an Operations Executive (PM shift).
Location: Zouk Mikael, Lebanon
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setup: On-site
Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM
Package: Competitive salary + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate field technicians and subcontractors
* Assign and follow up on service requests
* Keep clients informed throughout the process
* Resolve issues, delays, or escalations
* Support daily workflow across multiple jobs
Requirements:
* Strong written and spoken English
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 0 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred
* Organised and detail-oriented
* Able to manage multiple priorities
* Good communication and follow-up skills
