About the role
AG Offshore manages back-office operations for US-based service companies. We're expanding our Beirut team and looking for sharp, organized, and driven women to join us as Operations Coordinators — supporting the day-to-day workflow of our US clients from our Beirut office during US business hours.
What you'll do
You'll manage and track active service jobs across multiple US accounts, coordinating between field crews and internal operations teams to keep every job moving from opening to completion. You'll handle scheduling, prepare and send accurate service quotes based on provided scopes, and stay on top of multiple accounts simultaneously — adjusting priorities in real time as situations evolve throughout the day.
What you need
Strong, professional English is non-negotiable — written and spoken. You must be highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask across several accounts at once without losing detail. Prior experience in an operations, coordination, or scheduling role is required. Familiarity with service or field operations environments is a strong plus. Experience preparing quotes or estimates is required.
