*About the role*
AG Offshore is a Beirut-based operations support company serving US clients across multiple industries. We are growing our team and looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented team member to join us in a fast-paced coordination role supporting our US accounts from our Antelias office.
*What you’ll do*
You’ll manage multiple active accounts simultaneously, keeping workflows organized and on track from start to finish. You’ll handle day-to-day operational tasks including job tracking, documentation, and preparing accurate service summaries and cost breakdowns for US-based account managers. You’ll communicate internally with team leads and cross-functional staff to ensure nothing is missed and every account is moving forward on time.
*What you need*
* Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) is essential.
* Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Prior experience in operations, administrative coordination, or back-office support.
* Experience preparing cost summaries, estimates, or structured documentation.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently without constant supervision.

* Salary: Up to USD $1,000/month (based on experience).
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
* USD-based compensation.
