Role Description We are hiring a full-time Customer Operations Specialist for our Baabda location. The role involves managing client requests, executing bookings, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Interaction & Support: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and online chat. - Provide information about services, pricing, and booking procedures. - Assist clients with bookings and resolve any issues. Booking Management: - Execute and confirm bookings. - Coordinate with suppliers and process payments. - Send booking confirmations to clients. Supplier Coordination: - Manage supplier relationships and confirm bookings. - Communicate client requirements and resolve issues. Client & Supplier Support: - Provide ongoing support to clients and suppliers. - Handle changes or cancellations per company policies. - Log and document all interactions. Quality Assurance: - Monitor and ensure service quality. - Collect and analyze client feedback. - Implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention. Administrative Duties: - Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. - Prepare regular reports on booking trends and performance. - Assist in developing operational procedures. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or operations in the travel industry. - Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Proficiencyee in booking systems and customer management software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
