Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The role includes communicating with customers through WhatsApp and Instagram, answering inquiries, following up on orders, assisting clients with sizes and product availability, and providing a smooth and professional customer experience.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Daily)
Qualifications
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, responsible, and responsive
• Comfortable using Instagram and WhatsApp for customer communication
• Previous experience in customer support or online sales is a plus.
