Description
Main Responsibilities
Supervise production workers and Team Leaders during the shift.
Ensure the production plan is achieved according to schedule.
Allocate manpower and materials to production lines.
Monitor production output, efficiency, waste, and product quality.
Ensure GMP, hygiene, food-safety, and safety procedures are followed.
Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment breakdowns and technical problems.
Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and production requirements.
Control product waste, rework, and production losses.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee performance.
Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of the production area.
Complete shift production reports and communicate issues during handover.
Identify production problems and take immediate corrective action.
Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
