Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager & Content Creator to join our team and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, while producing engaging content that connects with our audience and drives growth.
Daily Responsibilities
Plan and manage a structured content calendar
Capture high-quality photos and videos in-store and on location
Edit and produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
Publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc. )
Engage with the community (comments, DMs, trends)
Monitor performance and adjust strategy accordingly
Key Tasks
Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with brand goals
Create engaging visual and video content
Ensure consistent brand image and storytelling
Identify trends and adapt content quickly
Suggest and manage collaborations with influencers and bloggers
Build and execute an influencer marketing plan
Propose creative campaigns and activations
Requirements
Strong skills in content creation (photo & video)
Experience with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc. )
Good understanding of social media trends & algorithms
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must be organized and consistent
