Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and manage our social media campaigns and brand communications.
This role is focused on execution, strategy, and performance — not content creation. You will work closely with the Creative Team to ensure campaigns are aligned, consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across all platforms
Develop monthly marketing calendars and campaign timelines
Coordinate with the Creative Team for visuals, videos, and branding materials
Oversee posting schedules and ensure consistency across platforms
Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports
Optimize campaigns based on analytics and KPIs
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc. )
Collaborate with sales team to align promotions and launches
Ensure brand voice and positioning remain consistent
Requirements
Proven experience in marketing management (fashion industry preferred)
Strong understanding of social media strategy and performance marketing
Experience managing paid ads and campaign budgets
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage timelines
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
