A renowned chocolate factory specialized in crafting premium, hand-made chocolates that delight their customers with every bite, is looking for a passionate and creative Chocolatier(ère) / Chocolate Maker.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates from École Hôtelière, pastry arts, culinary arts, or hospitality programs who are eager to start their career in chocolate production and develop their technical skills in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality chocolate products.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the production area.
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and aesthetics of all chocolate products.
• Assist with packaging and preparation for in-store displays or special orders.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Collaborate with the team on seasonal collections and promotional events.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates from École Hôtelière, pastry arts, culinary arts, food production, or a related hospitality program.
Experience: No prior experience required. We welcome enthusiastic, creative individuals with a strong willingness to learn. Training will be provided for motivated beginners.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on quality, precision, and presentation.
Education: Formal training or certification in chocolate-making, pastry arts, or a related field is considered an asset.
Creativity: Passion for experimenting with flavors, textures, and designs to craft distinctive chocolate creations.
Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays and peak seasons.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Bikfaya.
