Description
A well known 5-star hotel in Iraq is seeking an experienced and motivated Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the laundry department. The successful candidate will lead the laundry team, ensure high-quality service standards, and maintain efficient laundry operations in line with luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and support the laundry team.
-Ensure proper washing, drying, folding, and handling of guest and hotel laundry.
-Monitor quality standards and hygiene procedures.
-Schedule daily tasks and manage workflow.
-Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance.
-Train new employees and ensure safety procedures are followed.
-Maintain inventory of laundry supplies.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in laundry operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning processes.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexibility to work shifts as required.
