Solarcom, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a Technical Support Technician to join our team.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical or related field
Experience in inverter installation, battery systems, or general solar power systems is a plus
Must own a motorcycle or two-wheel transportation for field visits
Resident of Keserouan or nearby area
Good computer skills
Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication
Age preferred: 22–30 years
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve inverter and power system issues on-site
Perform diagnostics and technical support
Maintain accurate documentation of service cases
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
