Description
Hiring urgently, IT Helpdesk Support/Tech Coordinator for an F&B company located in Sin El Fil.
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, networking, and applications used across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems, restaurant technologies, and office IT infrastructure.
- Document technical problems and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist with network administration, including monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Support system rollouts, updates, and patching activities across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency in operations.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
2–3 years of proven experience in technology helpdesk or IT support roles.
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry (restaurant, hospitality, or retail technology) is a strong plus.
Salary up to 1100$ (Negotiable as per experience) plus other benefits.
