Description

We are looking for an IT & Cybersecurity Administrator responsible for managing the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, Azure infrastructure, and cybersecurity systems. The role will ensure the company’s data, email systems, and devices are secure, protected from cyber threats, and compliant with best security practices. The candidate will manage Microsoft Defender, Azure security policies, device protection, and data leak prevention, ensuring business continuity and protecting the company from hacking attempts, ransomware, or data breaches. Key Responsibilities Microsoft 365 Administration Manage Microsoft 365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Administer user accounts, permissions, and access policies. Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies to protect company data. Manage email security, spam filtering, and phishing protection. Azure & Identity Management Manage Microsoft Azure environment and security policies. Configure Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) for secure identity management. Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and conditional access policies. Monitor login activity and detect suspicious access attempts. Cybersecurity & Threat Protection Manage Microsoft Defender security suite across company devices. Monitor security alerts and respond to potential threats. Implement endpoint protection and device compliance policies. Protect the company from malware, ransomware, and phishing attacks. Device & Endpoint Management Manage company laptops, phones, and workstations via Microsoft Intune. Enforce device security policies and software updates. Ensure company devices are compliant with security standards. Data Protection & Backup Ensure OneDrive and SharePoint data are protected and backed up. Implement policies to prevent data leakage or unauthorized file sharing. Monitor storage and manage secure file access. IT Infrastructure Monitoring Maintain overall security of company IT infrastructure. Monitor system logs and security dashboards. Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cybersecurity. 3–5 years experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. Strong experience with: Microsoft 365 Admin Center Azure / Entra ID Microsoft Defender Intune / Endpoint Management Experience implementing: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Conditional Access Policies Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Email security policies Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices. Preferred Certifications Microsoft SC-900 / SC-200 / SC-300 Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) Cybersecurity certifications are a plus. Key Objectives Protect company systems from cyber attacks and unauthorized access. Ensure secure management of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Prevent data leaks or unauthorized sharing of company information. Maintain secure IT infrastructure for all employees and devices.
