Description
We are a stationery company working retail and wholesale.
We are currently looking for an indoor sales support person to handle the below tasks:
-Receiving customers' orders and preparing the invoices
-Data entry for new products (pricing, costing, description etc. )
-Answering phone calls/Whatsapp, checking stock availability
-Following up on orders status between various channels (supplier/warehouse/delivery. . . )
-Checking account status (unpaid dues, statement of accounts etc. )
Qualifications
-Good Communication Skills with Retail and Corporate Clients
-Well-Organized
-Good Teamworker
-Good English (spoken & written), French is a plus
-Previous experience in stationery business is a plus

Full Time Job: 8.30-17.00
