Location: Ras Beirut
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team immediately and lead our human resources department.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-Time), Saturday (Half-Day)
Salary + Transportation allowance
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
Manage employee relations, performance, and development
Supervise payroll, attendance, and compensation packages
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR matters
