Description
The Laundry Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel laundry department, ensuring that all guest laundry, hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and other textile items are cleaned, pressed, folded, and delivered according to the hotel's quality standards.
Previous experience as a Laundry Supervisor in a hotel is required.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel laundry operations or a similar supervisory position.
Good knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and washing procedures.
Understanding of different fabric types, stain removal, washing temperatures, and chemical usage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Knowledge of hotel housekeeping and laundry standards.
