Location: Jounieh
A renowned and upscale restaurant in Jounieh is seeking a professional and welcoming hostess to join our team. We are looking for someone who can create a warm first impression for our guests and ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.
As the first point of contact, you will greet customers, manage reservations, and escort guests to their tables. You will work closely with the service team to maintain flow and support overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Female – Lebanese nationality
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
• Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Well-presented appearance
• Ability to handle busy environments with calm and confidence
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to teamwork
