Our lab is where devices are diagnosed, repaired, and prepared before they reach a patient. It is precision electronics work on very small components. We are not expecting you to have worked on hearing aids — that training does not exist in Lebanon. We will teach you the product, the tools, and the standards. What you bring is the electronics foundation. What you’ll do • Diagnose and repair hearing aids and accessories at component level. • Micro-soldering, receiver and microphone replacement, cleaning and moisture treatment. • Test and verify every device against specification before it goes back to a patient. • Full manufacturing of custom earmoulds — from 3D modeling through 3D printing to finishing. • Record every repair, serial number, and warranty claim accurately. • Handle manufacturer returns and warranty coordination. What we’re looking for • BT (Baccalauréat Technique) in Electronics — required. This one is not negotiable. • Steady hands and comfort working under magnification on very small components. • Micro-soldering experience is a strong plus — SMD work, fine-gauge repair, phone or board-level repair, and even serious hobby electronics. • Methodical, precise, and honest about a repair that did not work. • Arabic and English. French is a plus. • Early-career candidates are welcome — precision and attitude matter more than years. How to apply Send your CV with a few lines about the smallest or most delicate thing you have ever repaired and the tools you used to do it. مختبرنا هو المكان الذي تُشخَّص فيه الأجهزة وتُصلَّح وتُجهّز قبل وصولها إلى المريض: عمل إلكتروني دقيق على مكوّنات بالغة الصّغر. لا نتوقّع منك خبرة سابقة في سمّاعات الأذن الطبّية، فهذا التدريب غير متوفّر في لبنان. نحن ندرّبك على المنتج والأدوات والمعايير. ما نطلبه منك هو الأساس الإلكتروني. المهام • تشخيص وإصلاح السمّاعات والملحقات على مستوى المكوّنات. • لحام دقيق (Micro-soldering)، واستبدال السمّاعات الداخلية والميكروفونات، والتنظيف ومعالجة الرطوبة. • فحص كل جهاز والتحقّق من مطابقته للمواصفات قبل إعادته إلى المريض. • التصنيع الكامل للقوالب الأذنية المخصّصة — من النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد إلى الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد والتشطيب. • تسجيل كل عملية إصلاح ورقم تسلسلي ومطالبة ضمان بدقّة. • متابعة المرتجعات إلى الشركة المصنّعة وملفّات الضمان. المؤهّلات المطلوبة • شهادة البكالوريا الفنّية (BT) في الإلكترونيك — شرط أساسي غير قابل للتفاوض. • ثبات في اليد وراحة في العمل تحت التكبير على مكوّنات صغيرة جدّاً. • خبرة في اللحام الدقيق تُعدّ ميزة قوية — أعمال SMD، أو إصلاح الهواتف واللوحات، أو حتّى إلكترونيات الهواية الجدّية. • منهجيّة ودقّة، وصدق في الإبلاغ عن أي إصلاح لم ينجح. • اللغتان العربية والإنكليزية؛ والفرنسية ميزة إضافية. • نرحّب بالمرشّحين في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية — الدقّة والانضباط أهمّ من عدد السنوات. ما نقدّمه تدريب كامل على تقنية السمّاعات ومعايير الإصلاح المعتمدة من الشركات المصنّعة، وراتب بالدولار الأميركي الـ«fresh» مع تسجيل كامل في الضمان الاجتماعي، واختصاص نادر لا يتقنه سوى عدد قليل جدّاً في لبنان، وفرصة للتطوّر نحو الإشراف على المختبر مع توسّع العمل. للتقديم أرسل سيرتك الذاتية مع بضعة أسطر عن أصغر أو أدقّ قطعة قمت بإصلاحها، والأدوات التي استخدمتها
