We are hiring an experienced and passionate Head Chef for a hotel in the Lebanese mountains.
Requirements:
* Experience in International, Occidental & Oriental cuisine, including international, Lebanese, Shawarma, Ribs, Desserts, Plats du jours, etc...
* Strong skills in set menus, buffets & desserts
* Leadership & team management abilities
* Ability to manage kitchen workflow
* Knowledge of food cost control & operations
