We’re looking for a Grocery Application Admin to manage product listings, inventory, and daily order operations for our grocery app.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update products, prices, categories, and promotions on the app
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with suppliers/warehouse
- Oversee daily order processing, cancellations, and refunds
- Handle basic customer issues related to orders and app usage
- Generate simple reports (sales, stock, performance)
- Ensure accuracy of data across the application
- Coordinate with delivery and operations teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, MIS, Supply Chain, or related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce, grocery, or operations is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with admin dashboards or backend systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
