WE’RE HIRING | FULL-TIME FEMALE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a full-time female assistant to join our team in Downtown Beirut, specializing in cosmetics and supplements.
Working Hours:
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Position Requirements:
• Female candidate
• Previous experience in pharmacy or cosmetics is a must
• Good command of the English language is a must
• Familiar with, or willing to learn, online shop operations including Toters, website orders, and other online platforms
• Social media experience is preferred
• Presentable and well-groomed with a professional appearance
• Hardworking, loyal, responsible, committed, and able to multitask
• Good communication and customer-service skills
Main Responsibilities:
• Assisting customers with cosmetics and supplement selection
• Providing basic product guidance and recommendations
• Handling customer service in-store and over the phone
• Processing and following up on Toters and website orders
• Assisting with social media and online customer inquiries
• Supporting daily store and online-shop operations
