Follow-Ups: Contact clients for session renewals, missed appointments, and outstanding payments.
Schedule Management: Assist in booking, rescheduling, and updating training sessions.
Team Support: Coordinate with coaches and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customer Experience: Ensure a clean, organized, and friendly front desk environment.
