Hi, my name is Nora, I'm a freelance artist, my home is my atelier and I have a big room ( newly painted) with access to a balcony and a spare room which can be used as a study or another atelier that I propose to rent.
There's one shared bathroom, a shared all equipped kitchen and my atelier. there's also a lavatory.
i'm lebanese but lived in France so I speak english, and french and understand very well arabic.
I'm looking for a Female flatmate who loves animals ( I live with my cat ) is not smoking indoor and is kind, honest and independant.
My appartment is near Slav street in Dekwaneh, there's lot of shop in the street and it is very convenient for those who study at Alba ( 8 min walk ) or work in Beirut ( 10 min by car ). If you have a car there's the possibility also to have a parking spot.
The rent is 350 US included internet and once per week house cleaning and the parking spot if needed.
Generator and EDL are not included but I manage well my consumption to have budget friendly bills. for instance I don't use AC here.
I prefer to have someone with min 3 monthes stay and I ask for 1 month deposit.
I respect my place because I live and work here, so I'd like to live with someone who is sensitive and likes harmony.
the rent begins on November 2025.
