Description
We are looking for a high-performing Female Sales Executive who can drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and close deals efficiently. This is a target-driven role suited for someone who understands marketing services and knows how to sell value—not just price.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (B2B)
Present BrandX services (social media, ads, digital strategy)
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs
Prepare proposals and close deals
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM tracking
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales (marketing/agency experience is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
Fluent in English and Arabic

Base salary + high commission structure
