Description
The female dental assistant will support the dentist and dental team in providing high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate should have clinical skills, excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties:
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by preparing the necessary instruments and materials.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in the dental operatory and in the clinic.
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the office.
Education and Licensing:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Soft Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
