Accounting & Operations Coordinator
Matar Jewelry is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and motivated Accounting & Operations Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily accounting records, supplier accounts, sales records, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain company systems and records.
* Assist with invoicing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
* Support daily office operations and maintain organized documentation.
* Assist with sales activities and customer communication when needed.
* Travel to local and international jewelry exhibitions when required (additional compensation provided for travel).
* Maintain confidentiality and handle company information professionally.
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
* Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Honest, trustworthy, and responsible.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
* Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
