Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meetings
*Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence
*Prepare, print, and scan documents, reports, and presentations
*Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, and attend when required
*Greet and host visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner
*Maintain confidentiality and provide daily operational support
Requirements:
*A diploma in Secretarial Studies or a Bachelor's degree in Business (preferred)
*Minimum of 2 years experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
*Excellent communication and time management skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
