Enamelled surface:
1. Clean with hot water and washing-up liquid before the initial use, as well as each time after using, and then dry the dish.
2. We recommend greasing the dish.
3. Suitable for dish washers.
4. Suitable for ovens. Do not place it directly on the cooking chamber/oven floor! Not suitable for hobs/ceramic hobs.
5. Suitable for gas/charcoal grills. At least 3-5cm distance from the embers!
6. Heat resistant up to max. 400°C.
Observe the instructions of the oven/grill manufacturer!
Do not heat up cooking utensils without contents.
Caution: If hot, please use oven gloves!
Do not leave hot fat/oil unattended! Do not extinguish burning fat with water, but rather use a cover or a suitable fire extinguisher!
Do not leave children unattended near the oven or hot cooking utensils.
