Technical Description:
This is a recycling system designed for processing plastic waste into reusable granules. It is a complete system that includes a conveyor belt for feeding material into the compactor, a metal separator, a hydraulic double-piston filtration system (165 mm), laser filtration system, double degassing, and a granulation unit with a centrifugal dryer. The system also features a blower for transporting granules to a bagging station via a cyclone separator.
• Cooling System: Includes primary and secondary cooling water circuits, with or without a compatible chiller unit (T11).
• Control System: Comes with a new S7 Simatic control system (still in original packaging, not yet installed).
