We are looking for a dedicated and passionate *Customer Service Representative* to join our growing e-commerce team!
*Location:* Sen lfil
*Working Days:* Monday to Friday
*Working Hours:* 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
*Salary:* Based on experience
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist customers with sales inquiries
- Answer product-related questions across various platforms
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction
*Requirements:*
- Minimum 2 years of experience in *e-commerce customer service*
- Familiarity with *Shopify* is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
