Greet customers and assist them with their orders in a professional and friendly manner
Take and process orders accurately using POS systems (Omega or similar)
Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts
Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
Ensure display counters are clean, organized, and well stocked
Upsell and promote products when possible
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order preparation
Follow company hygiene and safety standards
